First of all Rick I would like to thank you for my first month ever where my account actually grew and increased 33.63% That is huge for me. This is the first time I have had great guidance. I am beginning to understand more and more. I often traded on a whim and that cost me dearly. Today the price was bouncing around a lot prior to the NFP announcement and you may have said it might not be sustained. So I rode it down for 70 pips, forgot about the ISM number and got out just a second before it dropped another 80 pips, I realize now I should have practiced what you taught me, tightened my Stop and just gone with it.
